A former Corporate Executive, James Wright of Platinum Growth and Performance Coaching has over 25 years of experience as an executive, coach and leader.  He built strong teams and delivered value for public and private equity firms, so it made sense for him to start Platinum Growth and Performance Coaching to add value to businesses and help them grow and be even more successful at delivering their products and services. James works with leaders to implement uniquely customized strategies and actions to achieve their business and personal goals.

James works with businesses with revenues between $500K to $10M in Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Metro Area.

CLAY PAYNE - CEO

Clay is a Certified Stanford University Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant and Corporate Trainer who works with executives and managers to leverage diversity and inclusion for organizational excellence.  He provides them with the needed training and tools to understand the importance of recognizing and addressing implicit biases and fostering an inclusive work environment, so they can capitalize on creating an organizational structure whereby employees feel included and feel empowered to be effective team members.

A former Director in the public sector, Clay Payne of PGPC has over 30 years of experience in HR training, business and management.  His accomplishments are many, but include managing multiple greenfield capital projects, managing renovation and maintenance of system structures, securing a $275 million bond referendum, securing funding for programs and projects.  However, he sees his major contribution as the training and promoting of hundreds of employees to continuously contribute more to their organization and the customers they served.  Throughout his career, he worked to provide programs and services to disadvantaged and marginalized communities.

KARL MICHELFELDER

Karl Michelfelder is a 20-year marketing veteran. He created integrated marketing campaigns for businesses of all sizes and industries. He has led marketing for nonprofits, health care companies, restaurant groups, boutiques and more. He specializes in bringing brand image together with messaging and helping steward consistent branding for his clients. He is also an expert in Search Engine Optimization and fully scaled marketing plans.
